Job Overview

CDL A Driver Recruiter is seeking qualified Class A drivers to join their regional fleet. As a regional truck driver, you will be responsible for hauling cargo across the southern United States, primarily in the Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
  • Transport cargo across regional routes, adhering to company policies and regulations
  • Meet or exceed customer service expectations
  • Participate in pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
Requirements
  • 1 year of Class A experience running regional or OTR in the last 3 years
  • 2 years of experience in the last 5 years
  • Clean MVR
  • No failed or refused drug screens
  • No terminations for safety reasons in the last 1 year
  • Criminal history reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Compensation
  • 53 CPM
  • Bonuses paid up to 9 CPM monthly
  • Drop pay: $35.00
  • Detention pay
  • Layover pay
  • Breakdown pay
