Job Description

As a Lane Server, you will be responsible for interacting with our guests, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional service. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Taking, delivering, and closing out food and beverage orders
  • Learning our menu, promotions, and specials to relay them to our guests
  • Checking back with guests routinely to ensure their satisfaction
  • Assisting guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • Helping keep the center clean
  • Setting up, stocking, and organizing your assigned work area
  • Recommending/upselling the center experience
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to great guest service
  • High School Diploma (optional)
  • Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
