Compensation:
Salary range: $33 - $35 per hour
Sign-on Bonus: $2,000

Available in both Full-time and Part-Time options.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, you will:
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments for patients within designated timeframes.
  • Gather timely and relevant data, analyzing and interpreting it based on evidence-based standards.
  • Document the nutrition care plan comprehensively in the patient's medical record, detailing the nutrition assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and goals.
  • Monitor patient progress towards established goals post-implementation.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • ServSafe Certification.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • CDR Card.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • BLS Certification.
