Housekeeper (Multilingual)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Asian American Health Coalition. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our clinic's suites, including patient care areas, restrooms, and office spaces.

The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work, preferably as a janitor or custodian, and be fluent in English. Bilingual skills in additional languages such as Spanish, Arabic, Burmese, Chinese, or other languages are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas within the clinic, including patient care areas, restrooms, and office spaces;
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including floors, countertops, and windows;
• Empty and clean trash receptacles and collect recycling;
• Report major damages and repairs to the supervisor;
• Perform other cleaning duties as needed and/or instructed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED preferred;
• Experience as a custodian or janitor preferred;
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently;
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
