We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team at First Student. As a School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, providing a safe and supportive environment.
- Use industry-leading technology to guide you through your daily routes and ensure timely arrivals.
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
- At least 19 years old.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Subject to a drug screen and physical.
- A competitive starting wage of $26.75/hour.
- $1,500 training pay and $1,500 sign-on bonus.
- No nights or weekends.
- Part-time schedule.
- Training provided.
- No experience necessary.
- PPE provided.
