Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Caregivers and Home Health Aides to join our dynamic care team, providing in-home care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, while also advancing your career in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as well as light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Accompany clients on errands and medical appointments, providing transportation and support as needed.
  • Perform patient-specific activities, such as medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and special diets, as instructed by a Right at Home nurse.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
  • Valid driver's license and insured automobile required.
