Job Summary

We are seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC or CF) to work with students across a variety of settings. These roles will involve assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students, developing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with educators and families to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals, working closely with educators and families to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each student's needs.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for school-based therapy, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Maryland SLP license or eligibility to practice in the state.
  • CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred, but CF (Clinical Fellow) candidates will be considered.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
