Correctional LPN

About the Role:

TK Health is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Carter County Jail in Grayson, Kentucky. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care to inmates and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to clients in assigned areas, based on individual needs and recognized nursing techniques and procedures.
• Work under the direction and delegation of registered nurses to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of clients.

Requirements:

• Valid, unrestricted LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a thorough background check
