Mortgage Loan Processing Overview:
The Mortgage Loan Processor position at American National Bank of Texas involves a high level of responsibility and expertise in the mortgage lending industry. As a processor, you will be responsible for managing loan files from application to closing, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and lender policies.

Job Summary:
* Order and review loan documentation, including verifications of income and employment, credit reports, and appraisals
* Communicate with borrowers and other sources to collect necessary documentation
* Act as liaison between origination staff, underwriters, and external parties
* Verify information submitted by loan applicants for accuracy and adherence to established underwriting criteria and regulations

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing, including loan origination and underwriting
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other productivity software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
