We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide speech therapy services to elementary school students, working closely with teachers and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to elementary school students with a range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy services into the classroom
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to address them
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Rhode Island
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with elementary school students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
