As a valued member of the Chesapeake Regional Medical Center team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting endoscopy staff and physicians in the performance of endoscopic procedures.
Key responsibilities include assisting in procedures, disinfecting endoscopes and equipment, and ensuring the highest standards of aseptic practices and safety protocols are maintained.
Additionally, you will provide individualized patient care from adolescent to geriatric, adhering to established standards of endoscopy room nursing practice and standards of care.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ORT training preferred, and six months of experience as an OR/Endoscopy Assistant or CST. BLS certification is also required.
