Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of facilities, including floors, surfaces, and restrooms.
- Operate and maintain custodial equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and mops.
- Restock supplies and materials as needed.
- Assist with special events and meetings by setting up and cleaning facilities.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and push/pull objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy and basic knowledge of business software.
This role will be performed in a variety of settings, including office environments, customer locations, and potentially outdoor locations. Employees may be exposed to toxic chemicals, noise, and varying temperatures.
