Nail Technician

Job Summary

The Red Rock Spa by Well & Being is seeking a skilled Nail Technician to provide exceptional manicure and pedicure services to our guests. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and professional nail care services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guests with thorough and knowledgeable spa services, including manicures and pedicures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to The Red Rock Spa by Well & Being's high standards for safety and sanitation.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all.
• Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, adhering to The Red Rock Spa by Well & Being's standards for guest service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Cosmetology License required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a nail technician position, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Compensation

40% service commission vs. hourly + service charge + retail commission.
