We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Processor to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent hire. This part-time position involves processing payroll using the iSolved platform, a comprehensive software solution designed for efficient payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Use iSolved payroll platform to handle automated payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance management.
  • System Management: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in payroll management, including generating reports and managing garnishments and benefits.
  • Benefits Reconciliation: Assist the business office and human resources with benefits reconciliation to ensure employees' benefits selections are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative duties as needed, including managing employee files, printing, and scanning documents.
  • Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience...MUST HAVE STABILITY
  • Experience with payroll processing, preferably using iSolved or similar payroll software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll and benefits data.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of data and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and office software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
