**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain the common areas of the property, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, and public spaces, to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and visitors.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding work status and potential issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a positive working relationship.
  • Perform in-unit cleaning as needed, including resident apartments and common areas, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Participate in Company-provided training, such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention, to ensure compliance with Company National Standards and applicable laws.
  • Comply with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
