Responsibilities
  • Work with members to originate, process, and close their home equity loans
  • Process members' requests for advances on their HELOC and other account-related requests
  • Cross-sell products and services that best fit our members' needs
  • Gather customer information and supporting documentation, entering it into systems and verifying accuracy
  • Ensure all deeds are correctly recorded and released when necessary
Requirements
  • One year to three years of similar or related experience
  • Good communication skills and 10-key calculator and keyboard skills
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
