Guest Experience Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Welcome and thank guests, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and be able to answer guests' questions and provide recommendations.
- Scanning and Bagging: Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards.
- Order Pick Up and Drive Up: Assist guests with Order Pick Up and Drive Up services, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking supplies and tidying up the sales floor.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of our products and services, with the ability to answer guests' questions and provide recommendations.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional guest service.
