Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Travel to multiple points of care as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current unencumbered Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association or active participant in Clinical Fellowship Year (CYF)
- Ability to travel to multiple points of care
- Healthcare Provider AHA BLS certification
