About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Favorite Healthcare Staffing. This is a 26-week travel contract opportunity in Seattle, WA.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience as a Geriatric RN and be licensed to practice in the state of Washington. The Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, working 12-hour shifts on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in a hospital setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • Active WA Registered Nurse License required
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • At least one year of recent experience as a Geriatric RN
