Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Produce Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and freshness of our produce products, while providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized produce department, including receiving and stocking merchandise in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of produce products, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Participate in inventory management and control, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in produce or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
