Key ResponsibilitiesThe RN will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to patients from newborn to 18 years of age
- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and discharging patients
- Partnering with patient/family input and goals in planning the plan of care and developing teaching strategies
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing Required
- Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years if new graduate/nurse with less than one (1) year experience
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) required or if new grad within 60 days of hire
- AHA, ARC, or Canadian Heart and Stroke Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire
- PALS within 12 months of hire/transfer
- Specialty Certification highly recommended within 2 years
