About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Gentle Dentist. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with dentists to diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients.
  • Perform thorough periodontal evaluations, scaling, and root planning to ensure optimal oral health.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes in accordance with practice guidelines.

Requirements

  • Dental Hygiene Certificate or Degree from an accredited program.
  • Active dental hygiene license issued by the state board.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene.
  • Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification.
  • Laser Debridement Certification.
  • General Supervision Privileges.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Hepatitis B Vaccination.
  • Intraoral Camera.
  • Caries Detection.
  • Velescope.
  • Open Dental Software.
  • Digital Radiograph Technology.
