Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology to join our team at the University of Miami. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching and mentoring medical students and residents, and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge in the field of gynecologic oncology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with gynecologic oncology-related diagnoses
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
  • Participate in inpatient and outpatient clinical practice at the University of Miami/ UHealth and Jackson Health System sites
  • Consult with hospitalized patients and provide consultation services for nonservice unit patients by telephone
  • Use Epic, Cerner, and MobileCharge for documentation and billing
Requirements
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and subspecialty board eligible in Gynecologic Oncology
  • Active Florida Medical License
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in gynecologic oncology
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
