The Boiler Technician is a critical member of the B&D Industries team, responsible for the maintenance and operation of all heating and electricity-generating systems within our facilities. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on low-pressure boilers, high-pressure boilers, power boilers, steam boilers, and hot water heating systems.
- Manual Adjustments: Make manual adjustments to equipment during servicing to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Customer Service: Provide consistent quality customer service to our clients and follow B&D's policies and procedures.
- System Monitoring: Monitor systems during operation and attend to any issues that may arise.
- Record Keeping: Record service data in logs for future reference.
- Communication: Communicate with foremen as needed for restocking of materials and supplies for projects.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient work.
- Weather Conditions: Work in various weather conditions as required.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Licenses and Certifications: Possess a valid New Mexico B01 or B02 License.
- Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
