About the Role
The Clinical Care Coordinator will play a vital role in providing clinical care to our patients, including performing routine medical procedures and assisting providers during examinations and treatments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine medical procedures under the supervision of a treating clinician
- Assist providers during examinations and treatments
- Prepare patients for physical examinations, including taking vital signs and performing ancillary testing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with center leadership to ensure smooth patient flow and volume
Requirements
- Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited school or Military Medical Specialist with current Medical Assistant credentials
- At least six months of medical assistant experience
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures and terminology
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle sensitive information
