Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing assistants to ensure effective delivery of patient care
  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the nursing team
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing centers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program
