Valet Greeter

At SP+, we're driven by Our Promise, "Making Every Moment Matter for a World on the Go." As a Valet Greeter, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist valet guests, providing directions and general information about the facility.
• Inform guests of valet rates and services provided, and issue claim checks.
• Inspect arriving vehicles in a professional, courteous, and confident manner.
• Monitor the valet entrance for any suspicious activity and report any incidents to Supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, co-workers, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• A valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
• The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
