Hospitality Host

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hospitality Host to join our team at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

• Guest Recognition: Develop a keen sense of awareness to recognize and greet guests by name, face, and personal preferences.
• Menu Assistance: Provide accurate and helpful information to guests regarding menu options, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Seating and Table Management: Ensure efficient seating arrangements, manage table assignments, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Cash Handling and Operations: Process transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Event Promotion: Promote current events, programs, and services to guests, and provide directions to various casino areas.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve minor guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Housekeeping and Maintenance: Monitor the dining area to ensure it remains clean, tidy, and free of debris.

• Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Cash Handling and Math Skills: Demonstrate strong math skills, with the ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Experience and Education: 1+ year of experience in a high-volume fine dining or casual restaurant environment, with a strong focus on customer service and hospitality.
