Job Title: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at The Springs at Oldham Reserve. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for assessing patients, administering medications, performing routine lab tests, and educating patients and their families about disease treatment plans. You will also identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure the safety of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the assessment of patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans and self-care
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
Requirements:
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification prior to hire date
  • High school diploma or equivalent
