As a Foster Care Worker, you will work closely with children and families to ensure their safety and well-being. Your primary responsibility will be to teach essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and communication to help families build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities- Work with children and families to identify and address their needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support family growth and development
- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, support, and resources
- Connect families with community resources to improve their lives
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, and two or more years of experience in the human service field. A master's degree in a human services field is also acceptable. If you have a passion for helping families and children, and a desire to make a positive impact in your community, we encourage you to apply.
