We are seeking an experienced Network/Messaging Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and monitoring complex computer integrated networks/messaging systems, including Record Message Systems and world-wide communications/hardware applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, manage, and monitor the health and status of Record Message Systems and world-wide communications/hardware and software applications.
  • Perform corrective action on LAN/CAN/WAN/Messaging devices, networks, systems, and related problems/issues.
  • Provide technical expertise and direction to contractor staff members for the optimal performance and configuration of complex large-scale computer integrated networks/messaging systems.
  • Orchestrate/monitor the maintenance/repair action of networks/systems/outages.
  • Supervise contractor staff and troubleshoot equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required. Additionally, an active Cisco certified network associate certification is required.
