Visionworks of America is seeking a charismatic and passionate individual to join our team as an Optical Specialist/Retail Sales Associate. As the face of our business, you will be dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer.

This role requires a strong understanding of optics, products, and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for delivering daily sales goals, engaging with patients/customers, and recommending products and services that meet their eye care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training and development
• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
