About the Role:

Diedre Moire Corp. is seeking a skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for advising on complex M&A transactions, risk management, and intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on M&A transactions, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and deal closure
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential liabilities
  • Provide counsel on intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright law
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to the Washington State Bar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in M&A, risk management, or intellectual property law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
