Data Migration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Specialist to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for leading engagements to understand the full data lifecycle requirement for S/4HANA and ERP solution deployment. This role requires expertise in SAP Data Services and Information Steward tools, as well as experience in providing customers with best practices for data conversion into SAP and managing data using both SAP and non-SAP data management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead customers' engagements to understand their fully data lifecycle requirements for S/4HANA and ERP solution deployment.
  2. Provide customers with best practices for data conversion into SAP and data management using SAP and non-SAP data management tools.
  3. Build, maintain, and drive the schedule of Data Value stream activities, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan and timeline.
  4. Daily leadership and oversight of Data Value stream team.
  5. Direct engagement with Project Team Leads in leading and coordinating IT architecture that enables Data Quality reporting as well as business processes that support data readiness.

Requirements:

  • Experience in SAP Data Services and Information Steward tools.
  • Ability to lead a team of data experts and work with Functional team and legacy experts at the customer side.
  • To train and transfer knowledge to the team members.
  • To administer ERP in production environment.
  • To manage database optimization, back-up and recovery.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
