Resumen del Puesto:

  • Coordina y analiza datos, tendencias y capacidades de informes, haciendo recomendaciones y tomando decisiones para mejorar la entrega de servicios clínicos.
  • Este puesto liderará al personal asignado, desarrollará políticas operativas, procedimientos, estándares y directrices en consonancia con los mandatos y regulaciones.
  • Las responsabilidades clínicas pueden incluir consultas ambulatorias para condiciones obstétricas, maternas y fetales de alto riesgo, ecografías obstétricas, pruebas antenatales, diagnóstico genético prenatal, así como consultas y atención obstétrica en una práctica de Advantia.
  • Este rol proporcionará un liderazgo crítico en la práctica ambulatoria de MFM en las prácticas de Advantia Health en áreas de calidad clínica, seguridad del paciente, operaciones y finanzas. Los candidatos con experiencia en la gestión de operaciones clínicas en una práctica de MFM recibirán consideración especial para una posición de liderazgo dentro de la división.

Calificaciones:

  • Certificación de la Junta en Obstetricia y Ginecología General.
  • Certificación o Elegibilidad de la Junta en Medicina Materno-Fetal.
  • Experiencia previa en un rol de Medicina Materno-Fetal.
  • Licencia Médica Activa en el Estado de Maryland/Virginia/DC es fuertemente preferida.
