Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited School of Medicine
- Active Physician's License from the State of North Carolina and certifications from the DEA
- Possession and maintenance of a Physician's License from the State of North Carolina (or eligibility) and certifications from the DEA
- Must be a member in good standing of the Medical Staff of the hospital
