Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a leading staffing agency, is on the lookout for committed Facility Maintenance Associates to support our Multi-Housing clients across Arizona.
Role Overview:
As a Facility Maintenance Associate, you will be essential in upholding the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our multi-housing properties. Your responsibilities will include executing routine landscaping, maintenance tasks, and other assignments as directed by the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns and trim edges around pathways, flower beds, and walls.
- Prune shrubs and trees to enhance growth and eliminate damaged foliage.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides to maintain healthy lawns and plants.
- Clear leaves from roofs and other surfaces; ensure proper disposal.
- Maintain grounds by removing debris and litter from designated areas.
- Clear snow from walkways and driveways.
- Use ice-melt products on public pathways to prevent ice accumulation.
- Perform additional job-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Ability to comprehend and execute both verbal and written instructions.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with housing regulations.
