Toppers Pizza is a rapidly growing pizza delivery franchise company seeking an experienced Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at our World Headquarters in Whitewater, Wisconsin.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled professional with a solid background in driving business results through data analysis and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in finance, controlling, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and financial models to support financial metric reporting.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
- Strategic Decision-Making
- Deliver reporting and analysis in a timely manner to support organizational decisions.
- Use financial insights and data that support an organization's growth, profitability, and decision-making processes.
- Leadership and Collaboration
- Consult with senior management to guide and influence long-term strategic decision-making.
- Use financial data and modeling to advise senior management on improving performance, minimizing risks, and capturing new business opportunities.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or similar field.
- Experience
- At least 5-7 years of business experience, preferably within finance, controlling, or FP&A.
- Certifications
- ECBA Certified.
- Skills
- Prior experience with Power BI, Analysis Services, Excel experience with Pivot Tables.
- Competitive Salary
- $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
