About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetology Professional to join our team at Great Clips. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional haircuts and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest hair cutting techniques and trends
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive salon environment
Requirements
  • Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing exceptional haircuts
  • Ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
  • Desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience
