We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at innovaTel Telepsychiatry. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to patients across the lifespan in an outpatient community mental health center setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial mental health diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Document all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Be available and present on-screen for the duration of contracted hours.

Requirements:

  • Active LCSW license in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience working with patients with trauma, depression, and anxiety.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing clinic needs.
  • Proficiency in using EHRs and virtual documentation tools.
