We are seeking an experienced OB-GYN physician to join our team in Alabama. This is a full-time opportunity with a hospital-employed practice.
About the OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity to join a thriving OB-GYN practice in a beautiful location. The practice is seeking a physician to join their team due to growth and succession planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
Practice Details- 11 OB-GYN physicians in the market serving a 5-county area with a population of over 250,000
- Mix of 50% OB and 50% GYN
- Full-time flexible schedule
- Call schedule: 1:12, decreasing over time with retirements
- No CNMs, EMR: Paragon (an AllScripts product)
- Annual deliveries: 2,100+
- Da Vinci Si and Xi Q2 robotics not required
- Beautiful Women and Children's Pavilion with 10 L&D rooms, 20 postpartum rooms, and 5-bed mini clinic
- 3 OB ORs next to L&D, no NICU or high-risk cases
- Nitronox and water birthing tubs
- 2-year income guarantee plus RVU
- Commencement bonus: $35,000
- Relocation assistance
- PTO: 20 days
- CME: 5 days + $4,000
- Paid malpractice insurance
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
