Job Title: Network Administrator II

Job Summary:

The Network Administrator II will provide first-level technical support to employees at Sellersville. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network and connectivity problems, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software updates.
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
  • Document and track all support requests and incidents using the company's ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Ensure all IT equipment and software are properly inventoried and maintained.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices and IT policies.
  • Assist in the setup and support of audiovisual equipment for meetings and conferences.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide effective support.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Helpdesk Engineer, IT Support Technician, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and backup systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, VPN, and remote desktop applications.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Teams, Pharma Quality/production apps, and common enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
