Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services in our pharmacy. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing lab tests, and providing education to patients and families.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication lists and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Current unrestricted nursing license in Missouri (registered nurse preferred).
  • Registered with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician.
  • A graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Two years of professional nursing experience preferred but not required.
  • Current CPR certification (minimum BLS).
  • Possess and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communication skills.
