As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving business growth, developing sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Leading by example, promoting a culture of excellence, and encouraging teamwork among sales associates.
  • Conducting regular store visits to monitor inventory levels, observe sales floor activities, and provide feedback to sales associates.
  • Participating in visual merchandising and product knowledge training to stay up-to-date on Hibbett's latest products and promotions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
