Position Summary:

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for residents and visitors by ensuring that living spaces and communal areas are kept clean, secure, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and interact with residents during visits to their apartments and throughout the community.
  • Perform cleaning duties in apartments and all shared spaces as per the established schedule or as directed.
  • Manage community laundry services when applicable.
  • Collect and dispose of trash from resident units and community areas.
  • Restock supplies in resident apartments, work areas, and common spaces as necessary.
  • Report any safety hazards, changes in resident conditions, or other matters requiring attention to management.
  • Complete all required training related to compliance, HIPAA, and state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED; or a combination of education and experience that meets the requirements.

Certifications and Licenses:
No specific certifications or licenses are required.

Skills and Knowledge:
