Key Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic leader and cross-functional thought partner in developing multi-year strategies, long-range plans, and annual operating plans.
- Drive brand strategy initiatives from identification through implementation, including identifying key issues, structuring problems, and developing workplans that drive value creation.
- Develop key materials for the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team.
- Support cross-functional business partners with analytical insights and problem-solving.
- Professional work experience, preferably with a background in management consulting and in-house strategy experience in apparel and/or retail.
- Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to quickly identify key issues and develop hypotheses.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to oversee and provide direction to cross-functional partners and/or more junior team members.
