Your expertise will ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of our systems across domestic and international operations. You will also be responsible for hiring and training auditors, suggesting improvements to our audit process, and ensuring quality audits and reports meet audit standards. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing audit projects and working with external auditors and management to resolve issues and improve processes
* Identifying cost savings and implementing process improvements
* Developing and implementing action plans with measurable achievements
* Collaborating with all levels of management to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
* 6-10 years of experience in audit or a related field, preferably with Big 4 audit firms or public company internal audit teams
* Proven track record of managing audit projects and working with external auditors and management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management
* Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to identify cost savings
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
* Advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.) a plus
