Key Responsibilities- Medication Administration: Verify patient identity, record medication administration, and observe patients for responses to medication.
- Medical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including medication administration and patient responses.
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as assisting with examinations and treatments.
- Supply Management: Receive and manage medication supplies, including apportioning, mixing, and assembling medications for administration.
- Inventory Management: Record and restock medication inventories to ensure accurate tracking and availability.
- Education: Completion of a state-approved Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) program, with successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide designation requirements.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, prescription drug, dental, vision care, telemedicine program, company-paid group life insurance, voluntary term life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k) savings plan, employee assistance program, commuter benefits, and planned time-off (vacation, personal, sick, and state sick).
