Universal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at First Mid Bank & Trust. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting financial products and services to our customers.

• Provide timely and accurate service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell products and services.
• Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, utilizing this knowledge to educate and encourage customers to use alternate delivery systems.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals, consistently delivering high-quality results.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Previous sales experience a plus.
• Ability to successfully complete required compliance and training curriculum.
