Job Overview

Shaffer Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining entertainment equipment at our customer locations throughout the Toledo area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain entertainment equipment, including arcade games, pool tables, and dartboards.
  • Collect accounts on the route and ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Fill and maintain assigned ATM locations.
  • Monitor and fill cranes to appropriate levels for all applicable locations.
  • Securely transport cash to bank locations.
  • Respond to service calls onsite at customer locations, including bars, restaurants, and family entertainment centers.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to do math and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Able to use hand tools and work handcart, dolly, pallet jack, etc.
  • Able to climb and work from a ladder occasionally (up to 12ft ladder).
  • Able to crawl in ceiling/attic or other small spaces.
  • Candidate must be able to pass a background check, including Motor Vehicle Record check, and have a valid driver's license.
